Peanut chutney can be served as an accompaniment with many snacks. Peanut chutney is usually used to provide a nutty taste to your dishes. It goes well with soft texture dishes such as idly, dosa or uttapam, but can also be used with other snacks. Below is my recipe of peanut chutney. Hope you will like it.
Ingredients:
- Roasted Peanuts – 1/2 cup
- Roasted dried red chilli – 1-2
- Garlic – 2-3 cloves
- Dried Mango Powder – 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
Add roasted peanuts, roasted dried red chilli, garlic, dried mango powder and salt in a mixer jar. Add water to it and grind to make the chutney. Add more water as per your required thickness. Serve as an accompaniments with your favourite snacks.
