Being from a traditional Kayastha Shrivastav family, we are always very fond of our food. Kayasthas’ are generally known for cooking, whether it is cooking delicious meat or preparing delicious recipes involving not so famous ingredients such as Eggplant Yam (Suran / Jimikand) or Bitter gourd (Karela).
